It aims to empower various audiences, including children, low-income individuals or those needing a re-entry activity through a six-week cooking course, grocery store tours, and resources. The program fosters informed food choices, culinary education, and healthier lifestyles through hands-on learning and team-based instruction.

In this class kids will learn about sustainability and nutrition all while cooking up some tasty recipes! Recipes are inexpensive with simple ingredients, that focus on multiple food groups and will change every week! They will learn about taking care of their bodies with good nutrition that focuses on multiple food groups.
